Costa Mesa Program Update

Wow, a lot of interest in the Costa Mesa Program! We attended the two homebuyers seminars and there are a lot of first-time homebuyers in Costa Mesa. So for the lack of posts, but we have been spending a lot of our time answering questions one on one recently. Do check with the city for a list of approved lendors before you begin working with one. I have already heard of at least two instances of lenders claiming to be on the approved list and not actually being approved. Protect yourself! Get an updated list from the city before you speak to a lender.
